Refund Policy

REFUNDS
All sales of packages and gift cards are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Gift cards cannot be converted to cash.

BOOKINGS:

Customers can cancel appointments without incurring any fees if they do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the appointment or if the customer fails to show up for the appointment, no refund will be issued.
